Thulabharam
There is no need for taking tickets in advance for the thulabharam vazhipadu.
Appam,ada....
Receipts for the appam,ada,avil vazhipadu will be given from 4 am to 11am, everyday. The prasadam (ada,avil,appam) will be available after athazhapooja, in the night,till the sheeveli, and on the next day from 5am to 11am.
Palada......
Receiptsfor the palada & Eratypayasam vazhipadu will be given everyday from 5am to 8pm. The prasadam of these vazhipadu will be available after uchapooja (around 12.30pm everyday), till the closing of the temple in the afternoon.
Marriege
Receipts for conducting marriege will be available from 5pm to 8pm,from the ticket counter on the day before the marriege on intimation of the exact time of the cerimani . In order to register the marriege pleace condact the muncipal office guruvayur. Phone: 0487-2556775,2555656.
Choroon
There is no advance booking for the choroon vazhipadu .the recipts for this ,will be available wheneverthe counter is opned.
Archana
The archana prasadam will be available insaid the naalambalam and archanaprasadams speciel counter of nearst bhagavathi temple.

Krishnanattam stories and Bhalasruthi
In 1654 A.D.ManavedaRaja, a Samoothri of Kozhikkod , a grate devotee of Lord Krishna of Guruvayoor,experiencing his abounding grace,composed the "Krishnageethi" drawing inspiration from a darshan of the Lord with the help of Vilwamangalam Swamiyar. This is the poetic text of the dance drama.
The enchanting cosmic play of Lord Krishna is depicted through enactment of the several episodes in the life of the Lord, presented in eight consecutive night, in eight acts.
The krishnanattam is considered very pleasing to the Lord, and many devottes make an offering of this dance drama for the fulfillment of their cherished wishes, or as a gratitude to ihe divine grace received.The episodes of Krisnanattam enacted for obtaining some particular benefit through divine grace are as follows:-
First day------------ Avatharam ( incarnation of Lord Krishna)------------(For the birth of a child)
Second day---------Kaliyamardanam ( Subduing Serpent Kaliya)--------(To offset the effect of poison
Third day ----------Rasakreeda (The amorous and romantic revels of Lord Krishna--- For the well
being of unmarrid girls and end quarrels between couples
